Technically, I'm not selling the business because I don't keep any books, and anyone that does their due diligence won't be able to get any information. Since my business is just the dyno testing and some tuning - I'm selling the ability to do that.
FOR SALE: TWO DYNOJET 248 INERTIA-TYPE CHASSIS DYNAMOMETERS $50,000 - This includes everything one needs to dyno test a 2WD or AWD (with a wheelbase between 95" and 112") vehicle: 2 Dynojet hardware stacks (one as a spare,) sensors (including a/f,) tie-down straps, one PC, two monitors, inductive pickups, optical rpm sensor (for diesels) and some things I probably forgot. All of these things work perfectly and have been very well maintained for the few years that I have owned them. All of these things would cost close to $80,000 if you were to buy them new. You will be one of the few people in the world with twin 248 dynos, and the only one in the world with two fully brake-loadable twin 248's. This gives you the ability to test any kind of AWD car and put absolutely zero strain on the center differential during WOT runs and part-throttle tuning.
FOR SALE: (Possibly) This website. It averages between 500 and 1400 VISITS (not hits) per day, depending on the month. This July saw days with over 2000 visits. The website also comes up in the top five if one searches with Google for "Dynojet dyno" or "AWD dyno." That's not bad considering how many there are in the world. It is also number one if one searches with "dyno videos," "ct dyno," or "connecticut dyno." If you want your own domain, I can point visitors to it. Price: I haven't given it enough thought.
